Joshua StutzAssociate Attorney
Mr. Stutz joined Sagaria Law, P.C., in 2017 and is an Associate Attorney practicing family law, dependence, and estate planning. Joshua grew up in San Diego County, where he studied philosophy at San Diego State University and Law at California Western School of Law.
While attending San Diego State University, Mr. Stutz was committed persuaded an interest in family law, receiving the President’s Research Award for Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Justice for his research regarding the legal institution of marriage. After graduating from San Diego State University with honors, Ms. Stutz worked as a paralegal for family law attorney in San Diego for a year before attending California Western School of Law.
At California Western School of Law, Mr. Stutz was committed to community service and improving access to legal, volunteering with the San Diego Superior Court’s Family Law Facilitators Office and with California Westerns Community Law Project. Mr. Stutz was inducted into the Public Service Honors Society. In addition to remaining committed to community service, Mr. Stutz continued to follow his interest in Family Law, becoming the President of the Child, Family, and Elder Law Society.
Mr. Stutz currently resides in Roseville, California. When Mr. Stutz is not advocating for clients, Mr. Stutz is an avid cyclist and outdoorsmen. Before leaving San Diego, Mr. Stutz cycled the California coast from the U.S. and Mexico Board to the northern most point of the San Diego coastline and hiked most trials in San Diego County. The natural beauty of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada Mountains was a major factor in his decision to relocate to the Sacramento area.
